Various social and networking events for interns Lunch and Learn sessions for interns are very helpful Senior employees are very approachable and willing to help

Cons

Although you are told that you can choose time to come to office, all of other employees in the team come to the office around 7:30 to 8:00. You need to get a housing in White Plain to commute with public transportation.

Lots of opportunities to work overseas, benefits are above market average, working hours are reasonable, staff around the world are willing to help

Cons

Quite bureaucratic at the senior management level, very difficult to get a promotion, you can get very isolated from the insurance market if you are not working front-line
