It’s great to hear that the trust and autonomy in how work is approached, along with supportive colleagues, made a positive impact. We understand that compensation outcomes can feel different year to year as they reflect a range of factors as part of our broader approach to rewarding employees.

Pros

Fair and transparent pay. Very good benefits (make you want to work here till retirement). Friendly and knowledgeable colleagues. Good knowledge sharing culture.

Cons

Internal reorganization is too frequent. Many management decisions are not thought through before implementation. Slow in growth even if you outperform.

Thank you for your review. It’s great to hear that fair and transparent pay, strong benefits, and a collaborative culture made a positive impression, along with the knowledge sharing across teams. We also recognize that periods of change and career progression can feel challenging at times, but these are areas that help us grow and adapt as an organization while creating better opportunities for our employees.

It’s great to see that the flexibility in how work is approached, along with supportive colleagues and strong benefits, made a positive difference. Opportunities like mentorship and internal mobility are also important parts of the experience. We understand that clarity around career paths and managing workload effectively are key, and we continue to refine how we support teams to keep the environment sustainable and rewarding.
