      Good salary and good office infrastructure

      Cons

      Lot of work pressure, no work life balance. Never ending work pressure and worst political environment. Local guys will not let you get promoted easily even HR person also make it difficult for you to grow. I will never recommend anyone to join if you have ambitions and future goals related to your career.

      Smart people, strong executive team, strong brand, many opportunities to move around (including globally), great work/life balance

      Cons

      Too consensus driven which makes decision making very slow, some senior management weak, very conservative /cautious in its approach, not enough turnover of employees which makes it difficult to progress in the organization and results in people staying stagnant in their roles until better oppotunities open up, very political
