      Highly toxic, don't recommend any longer

      Pros

      Used to have good pay, key word is USED TO. The rank and salary ceilings are lower the last couple of years. Unless you are lucky and get one of the few good bosses, you will get stuck very quickly.

      Cons

      Terrible cost cutting measures, constant restructuring and layoffs. Also heard of people being forced to leave in various ways without severance. The remaining people have to fill the void without proper training. Consider yourself warned.

      You can make friends there with whom you can commiserate about navigating the so-called ambiguity ( translation: conform or please leavel ]

      Cons

      HR personnel are clueless, abysmal, and run to their regulations for guidance ... no creativity. Managers are often abusive and they get away with it. The one time I complained, the manager was let go a bit later. But I was a :marked person" from then on.
