overtime is paid in days off free lunch work 9-5, people do not stay late

Cons

- lack of perspectives to grow, quotas on no. of senior unerwriters so it you can work hard and you won't be promoted as the company has internal limits (not mentioning budget limits) - get used to no salary increased for many years (at least 5y) - management lacks leadership skills
