- amazing good work life balance - nice offices - no toxic colleagues - good perks - supportive management (in my case) - interesting work ! (in my case)

Cons

- all the pains that comes with a working at a slow moving leading financial services company: bureaucracy / red tape, everything moves VERY slowly, layers upon layers of middle management, slow to adopt new technologies, ... - consensus-driven decision making: need to circle back and align with 15+ people before making any decisions
