We could think that it is a great opportunity to work there since it is an international company but unfortunately it is not.

Cons

I would not recommend anyone to work for this company. The salary is low for an international company, people are not happy since treated badly in many of its companies. Also, working hard doesn't pay at all since it's only about being "friends" with the "right" people. There are too many incompetent people in the Swatch Group which is absolutely sad.

Unprofessional From top to bottom, unexperienced HR team that cannot deal with conflicts nor even able to write proper certificates in English, management is direspectful, some high up management folks smoked inside the offices
