Pros

The staff are generally friendly and I've been given plenty of free gifts from the day I started. It's a very relaxed working atmosphere and I personally haven't felt under much/any pressure. The hierarchical structure means that people don't consider themselves above or below others which helps with the social side of things.

Cons

I have no opportunity to work from home (soon everyone will be asked to work 5 days a week from the office too). This is particularly problematic as the office is quite difficult to get to unless you live very close. With a very flat hierarchical structure, I don't know who to turn to when I have some free time and I'm looking for something to do. The skills from this role aren't very transferable so I can't progress within the business. There are no opportunities to train for more qualifications.
