      Pros

      You can buy a watch with the discount. I bought a few for kids. You can have lunch for 10 CHF instead of usual 20, but that does not cover gap in salary. Nice office, if you enjoy nice offices but design is very unpractical.

      Cons

      100 office work. No exceptions, even for IT Strict security for your PC. You can't even do your IT job without some crazy configurations. If you do not speak French you are left out of all the life in the company and ignored. You need to smoke with the Manager to be treated well. Your skills does not matter. No IT leadership. Every one is doing what he/she wants. People are treated and promoted based on number of years in the service and relationship with managers, not their skills. Not many happy faces around 3D open space. You hear not only people next to you on the floor but 1 floor above and below.
