The colleagues are the family. You feel at home when you go to the office. Room for learning and make experience. Stress levels are low and there is a good work-life balance.

Cons

It's a family company. If you want to survive, you need to say "yes" by default to everything. Salaries are on average low. Poor possibilities of career. High turnover. No home office.
