Well, you do get 40% off as staff discount, the only benefit I can think off

Cons

Micromanagement, lack of support and sympathy from senior management. The worst corporate culture I have experienced. Lack of work and life balance.

Fun environment, amazing trainings, good opportunities to work for different brands within the company

Cons

Commissions scheme is really bad so it’s extremely difficult for bonuses, political decision to bring hype on certain products can make employees feel stressed to lie about the state of our stock
