Brand awareness ( looks good on a resume ) Parking offered if you drive.

Cons

Pay is awful. No room for growth. Extremely conservative environment and old-school management. Offices not all that great. No sense of teamwork whatsoever. The is a bonus structure. They will fight you until the end not to pay it at all or pay you less. The commute, if you live in the city ... forget it!

certain managers are only out for themselves and will make sure to prevent you from any growth. Work load expectations are unrealistic. HR does not support anyone but upper management
