Pros

1. The workplace has a very welcoming atmosphere. Colleagues, including the store manager and assistant manager are approachable and supportive. 2. We regularly went out for meals together, which helped build strong relationships among the team. 3.Regular training sessions on SWATCH CAMPUS 51 were provided, especially before the launch of new watches, ensuring that everyone was knowledgeable and confident. 4. The company offers access to Perkbox, providing benefits such as a free drink from Caffè Nero or a sausage roll from Greggs.

Cons

1. The company does not offer visa sponsorship for the sales advisor role, which may limit opportunities for international employees seeking long-term roles. 2. As this is a retail job rather than a typical Monday-to-Friday office role, working during weekends and holidays is often required.
