Pros

Great products and potential. Was once employed by dedicated and hard working individuals. Everyone was family, and could be again. The company adapts to all other countries and could adapt to the US if they would have faith in us. To accomplish this, and they can, would require bravery and trust.

Cons

Company was destroyed by prior country manager. Company split in half literally. New brand managers are weak at best. Now run by a country manager from outside the country so it can not be fixed until everyone is under one roof and the country manager is located in the same office

World class brands second to none. They not only have the Brands but the new technology is amazing. Research the new batteries.

Cons

Corporate Attitude. Berating of employees on a daily basis. Negotiations with design professionals and contractors is not tolerated. Upper management paranoia
