Being a large global group there is much to take in from all the different global experiences. The brands are quite respected in the watch industry and there is definitely a wind of change in the air that is unfortunately materializing not soon enough

Cons

There is a lot of reaction instead of proaction around the workplace. At times top management seems to be out of tune with the local markets and some project delay timelines are enough to slowly suck the motivation out of you.

Good Work Life Balance. Company respect private family life and there are plenty of holidays. 5 weeks for under 50 years old 6 weeks for over 50 years old Good Bonus for worker when they reach certain number of years of service (15, 20 years, etc) Family run

Cons

Provide Career perspective during annual job review based on employees desire, capacity to undertake onto new challenges. Provide clear Training perspective & development for employees.

Pros

This job is basically like being a lifeguard at a neighborhood pool... you just sit there all day doing nothing with the occasional trip to the wall to sell a watch... it's easy.

Cons

The upper management especially "regionals" are a joke. Who runs this company? Corporate is unorganized and filled with people who don't know how to respond to an email... seems like the corporate in Miami is more of a party scene than a work place. People are leaving... turnover is insane.
