Discount, fun products, free watches twice a year. Fun loyal and unique clients.

Cons

No room for advancement at all. Was passed over for a promotion due to being out with a medical issue. They'd rather hire from outside than promote within.

Online competition for product sales. Basically, we are the marketing branch of Swatchgroup. Moving up limited to geographic availability.

- if you don't want to grow your career work here.

Cons

- you don't matter as an a person here - your options will never be listened too. - Switzerland is where this company is based out of. They don't want to work with you, they just want you to do what you are told and not have an option - we were given 3 extra PTO days, then had them taken away for no reason - all promise but no actions on positive change
