Pros

Racking up frequent flyer points (but only on cheap flights like Virgin and jet star, never qantas) Hotels on permitted list are generally 5 stars.

Cons

They installed a gps tracking app, mobile iron, on my work phone so they could track employees location 24/7. No company credit cards. You must pay for all your own expenses including hotels then go through a long system to get money back. They are often rejected for silly things after submission so you can be left thousands out of pocket while you wait. Next to no training or induction. Rude unskilled managers. They treat employees disrespectfully and don't take HR complaints seriously. Bad unfriendly culture. No team work. Job description states travel is once a month but it is more like 3 times a month which is a huge financial strain when they don't give you a corporate credit card and Pay is monthly. Bonus is small and only annually No product allowance...you can buy at wholesale which is still too expensive Archaic systems. I was told to print my emails to file them in a display book as there was not enough storage to keep the electronic copies?? In 2017?? They will give you obsolete tech/tools of the trade such as an iphone5/dirty second hand laptops.

Pros

At first the salary was competitive, free watches, ok discount, health benefits.

Cons

Everything else... it's supposed to feel like you're in a cool group when you work there but it's really a sucky wack job. They are afraid to loose horrible employees if they sell well. Constant coaching even if you're doing your job correctly. Acts like the job will make you a better person when your personal life has nothing to do with the job. Only work here if you're willing to give up your personal life and devote yourself to it. The company should just stick to Europe because those stores do well and we aren't doing anything.
