Literally no pros to working here.

Cons

Managers made it very uncomfortable to work at the store on a daily basis. There was favoritism to specific associates and I was target a lot in a negative light. Plus the pay is literally minimum wage. I can go on but I have no time for that.

Benefits were OK. Discounts were good. Brand name helps build CV. The offices are well located. Hours are just decent.

Cons

European brand “President” doesn’t know what to do. Completely inept and unprepared. He’s a bully that cares about no one but himself. Stay AWAY!!! You have been warned.

The customers ( tourists) we're amazing to interact with. Discounts Benefits are amazing in this company

Cons

Management and ambitious sales quotas. No matter how hard you work, being promoted here is a leap of faith. The hours could take a toll on you. Sales training is absolutely useless . They play favorites here. It's cheaper to buy the watches on Amazon then the retail store itself.
