- Great discount -2 Free watches a year - Fun yearly meetings - Open communication with the corporate office - Small type feel - Cool product - Crazy prizes for monthly contests.

Cons

Wish we were more known and not met with Swatch is still around comment a lot. Or i remember them in the 80's. A lot of sales pressure. Also management tries hard to understand everyone but they don't seem to have it 100%.

Nice people, limited politics, work life balance, many famous brands, most employees are helpful and collaborative, above average benefit including staff purchase and insurance

Cons

No growth, low pay, management thinks too much of themselves, slow pace, management enjoys mostly the company result but not the lower level
