Pros

Big brand is the best thing about it. Office near the tube but far away.

Cons

Pay isn't great. Hierarchy is strange. Discount is good once you have been there for 6 months. No discount before which was strange. So I was working there wearing a watch which wasn't part of their brand for the majority of time. Hardly any policies in place. When I was there, they introduced a clocking in and out system for the office staff which was strange. Unsure if that is still there though. And flexible working wasn't encouraged. Back then pretty much everyone worked 9 to 5 with not much flex.
