Network of various SG subsidiaries in Europe, Asia, Dubai, South Africa and the Americas. Stable management practices, with a long term vision. Owners care about their own people.

Cons

Rigid sometimes, too much administrative processes. Lack of remote work possibilities. Head office is located in a Swiss town which is not close to an International airport.
