Hands-on missions with space for creativity

Cons

Lean teams HR policy to be defined, as the current mission in out-of-HQ offices mainly consists of dealing with the pay. Tough to get any incentive to stay on the long-term perspective.

Sales commission and bonus rates were great and attainable. Surprised this company still has a large fan base.

Cons

Pay rate was not much more than someone far less experienced. But a transfer from the mainland got to maintain a rate as they transferred the individual and it was a considerably high rate for Hawaii.
