Pros
I worked at a retail store of Swatch in QC. Amazing co-workers. For the most part, customers were pleasant to work with. Products were nice and a new collection every month made it exciting. I loved working there. I made some great memories there. It was a positive environment to work in and I learned a great deal.
Cons
Sales Lead requires more duties and way more responsibilities than Sales Associate but the increase in pay was merely almost a dollar, which for the number of responsibilities you have does not correlate with the pay/compensation. No medical benefits either, only for managers.
