A discount but I think it was small

They didn't have padded mats behind the counter so hours on hard floor bad for your knees.

I mostly enjoyed working there. Colleagues and store manager were great. Working there made me a better cook, and the discount was great.

Cons

Lot of turnover at regional manager level lead to inconsistencies in expectations. Sales associates don't benefit from monetary or product promotions, even though it's their hard work that leads to store success.
