Fun and exciting work environment. Always surrounded by people who love food and food gadgets. Constantly learning about new culinary items and trends.

Irregular work hours. Occasionally expectations of performance can be a bit unrealistic.

Discounts, customers were great, free coffee

Cons

Sabotaged by my DM, absolutely zero support from corporate from retail sales side, culinary leadership was a joke. Culinary corporate threw everyday idea they could at changing the program and it sunk. But because they made SO many changes at once it was difficult to pinpoint the cause. Instead of them taking a look at themselves they of course blamed the store and chefs. It’s sad because this could’ve been an amazing store with cooking classes.
