Pros

Great discount. Managers are fun and easy to get along with. Never a boring day. Meet interesting people.

Cons

They base their entire payroll budget on sales goals that don't account for a lack of foot traffic or changing neighborhoods. They gamble with the budget and hourly employees pay for it in huge cuts and reductions. They have a lot of turn over because who can live paycheck to paycheck with 10 hours a week?

Fun, fast paced and demanding. The company is growing and wants strong people to maintain momentum. Discount is awesome.

Cons

It can be a little demanding at times but hard work with a good attitude is rewarded.

Good benefits for full time employees, nice bonus plan, paid vacation time, sick and personal days, flexible schedules, good tools to get the job done, great discounts

Cons

The plan isn't always shared till it's in action so then you have to recover and adapt to the new plan, but it's like that in most companies
