Cons

Micro manage, pay rate is poor, being discriminate from upper management, co- manager screaming her head off, floor leads( I don't know) attitude needs to be replaced. Store is filthy beyond measure.

Forget about praise, you'll never get it! DM needs to spend more time in the stores, not just a few hours. If your a manager, and your not running the store to company expectations, be prepared to catch grief from your DM, but no feedback on how to correct the situation. Training for managers is nil, you're basically thrown to the wolves, and expected to figure it out on your own, or find out how to do something from other managers. If you get a bad review, you will lose your bonus for 6 months, until the next review comes around, that is if you haven't been fired for failure to perform. In other words, be prepared to be set up for failure.
