Company is expanding quickly. Merchandise is high-end. Clientele is wonderful and loyal. Potential to be put on the fast track into management.

Cons

Available hours vary significantly from week to week. Hard to afford anything in the store, even though there is a great discount. Long hours.

Cons

The work can be hard standing on your feet, climbing ladders and dealing with customers. Would be great to have more advance notice on weekly schedules. It's Retail
