The customers can be fun. Learning about the products is useful.

Cons

Ask specific questions and demand specific answers. What is the minimum amount of money I will see in my pay check after two weeks? How do you determine your sales goals? Will I have a regular schedule? Go into the store on the weekend and during a week days, are they getting enough traffic? Are the workers overwhelmed ? Are the workers well trained ? Are the employees phoney or fake ?

Pros

Fun environment, almost everyone is helpful, they work around your schedule, learn a lot about culinary, good as a part time or side job.

Cons

Shifts are only 4 and 1/2 hours long with a max of 25 hours a week, schedule is a mess, always changing, not a job you can live off of, you usually only get about 13 hours a week. They hire seasonal associates instead of giving extra hours to the regular associates.

Great people to work with. Always something exciting going on. The company is growing at a rapid pace with potential for ongoing growth potential.

Cons

Very busy place to work. Sometimes a bit stressful but what place that is growing isn't a little stressful.
