There's a variety of people of different backgrounds and ages. Everyone I've met so far has been welcoming and hardworking.

Cons

Top management doesn't give enough support. They ask too much, and don't offer a way to help us improve.

Simple and easy job after working in restaurants. Less stress. Friendly team.

Cons

Corporate doesn't do enough to support the staff. If equpiment is broken then take the time to fix it will allow for much better results for the patrons that pay money for the products they make. Pastry recipes have to be adjusted about 50% of the time. Good thing I know how to pivot when needed
