Great place to work, amazing discounts, great teamwork. Great customer.

Cons

Teaching the kids camps were a pain, not enough support from KA and upper mgt.

Pros

Great discounts, name brand kitchen gadgets, flexible schedule. Employees were really dedicated to helping customers with any questions that they might have.

Cons

As a floor lead, you had to work at least one weekend a month. However some of us found ourselves working almost 2-3 weekends a month so the other managers could have their days off I guess.
