Cons

If you enjoy programming, care about clean code, or take pride in your craft, do yourself a monumental favor: run. This company is where good developers go to die inside. Passion? Innovation? Engineering excellence? These are foreign concepts here — dismissed, ignored, or actively sabotaged by a sea of mediocrity; these aren’t just absent — they’re actively viewed as threats to the status quo, which is built entirely on apathy, technical debt, and astonishing incompetence masquerading as leadership. Forget clean architecture. Mention design patterns or object-oriented principles, and you'll be met with blank stares. Unit testing? Integration testing? Not here. CI/CD pipelines? In your dreams. They treat basic industry standards like dangerous heresy. The only thing that flows smoothly is the river of spaghetti code — tangled, brittle, bug-ridden, and proudly defended by people who don't understand how a cloud architecture should be or how to implement a strategy pattern. Bugs are the day-to-day thing, fixing one brings a couple to life, the never-ending story. A disaster. Management? Completely detached. Their solution to systemic problems is to schedule more meetings, assign blame in creative new ways, and promote the voice with more words in the room, regardless of competence. Agile, in their eyes, simply means “hurry up and break things, preferably in prod.” Working here isn’t just frustrating — it’s soul-eroding. You won’t grow. You won’t learn. You’ll survive, at best, and question every choice that led you to this professional purgatory. Avoid this company like legacy PHP. Your future self will thank you. Working here isn’t just a waste of your time — it’s a slow drain on your confidence, your skills, and your will to code. You won’t grow. You won’t learn. You’ll stagnate in a fog of mediocrity until burnout feels like a vacation.
