Superdrug is a premises standing on favouritism, racism, gender discrimination and staff abusing.

Easy to get in and staff discount on Superdrug own faulty brand.

Cons

Cant speak up for your rights. Management decide staff holiday allocation. Less salary as compare to other high street retailer. Totally non-professionalism. Never increased contract hours.

friendly work place with customers and always something to keep you busy.

Cons

bad management poor support repairs are never dealt with (leaking air con so left to work throughout summer without it) heavy workload not shared fairly many problems with communication with staff claims to be a child/working parent friendly company to work for but the management do not consider you have children to look after and childcare
