Superdrug is all about it's people and is a really positive environment to work. The company is forward thinking and is enjoying year on year growth. My role as Resourcing Manager for London store management positions enables me to speak with lots of people every day who are looking to join the business. Honesty is very important as the work can be great fun but also really challenging, so my candidates are briefed on all the highs and lows that come along with working in a fast moving retail environment. As for me, I love my job! I think Superdrug is a great place to work and I thoroughly enjoy speaking with/meeting new people every day who are looking for a new career with Superdrug. What I particularly like is that Superdrug promote from within, so progression is an expectation for career minded individuals.

Retail generally can be challenging and I don't think Superdrug is any different in this respect.
