Too many cons that don't require much effort from the top to fix Beauty card pressure, even as team leader I'm supposed to be throwing out 20 a day in exchange for a "well done" when half the time the customers don't even know what I'm signing them up for Management doesn’t alway explain how to do tasks properly, For example, my training wasn't really a training, as the edge training was rushed on the till not giving me time to read through it anyway, leading me to getting told off for doing tasks I wasn't taught to do entirely right anyway. Nothing managerial to do, apart from just running the store when the managers are not in, in one instance my manager would come to the fragrance to flop one of my sales after I upsold on fragrance (something I had no incentive to do) If you are new to the company there is a probability of being stabbed in the back Management will probably undermine you in front of customers, so be ready for that
