Worst work environment I've ever worked in, managers push, push, push everything, you're under constant pressure for star buys, membership cards and you're treated like the worst person in the world for not meeting "targets". The store i was in specifically was encouraged to force people to take cards regardless of consent, lie to them telling them they couldn't purchase items without the card. You're expected to stand there rhyming off a whole essay to people about donations, benefits of cards, star buys but simultaneously berated if there is a queue. All topped off by when you ask for help on the headsets no one can hear you because they're all talking garbage over them
