10% off branded products and 30% off Superdrug own brand Superdrug will do well so if you want consistency, they’re the place but always fight for your pay and maybe join a union because you’ll need it with them

Cons

They’re a tick the box employer and although they will post about how they support people with disabilities, they don’t and they will spin everything in order for it to go in their favour rather than supporting you when you’ve asked for help Manager will do everything in order to save money in terms of a raise even though you see how much profit your store makes - salary could be paid in a week, a years salary (a decent one too!) If you complain about your salary you’ll get told to find another job that’s better for your mental health Expects management to have 1:30 break (1hr unpaid) just so you’re in the building basically working for free in the end as they don’t give enough hours for you to take your break Cuts hours when you need it the most and expects management to work for free Gets verbally assaulted at work and got told it was my fault
