Most toxic environment I’ve ever been in

- 30% staff discount - occasional 40% discount

Cons

- horrible hypocritical management who have one set of rules for themselves and another for staff members - very very toxic work environment where managers feel happy to make jokes at your expense - no room for career development - unwelcoming, cliquey environment

Very friendly and adaptable manager. Great benefits.

Cons

Incredibly strict company to work for. There is a lot expected off of a minimum wage worker. Starbuys, strike rates, and cards are enforced really heavily and if anything makes it really hard to give good customer service. Rude area managers.
