lots of freebies cool events like the christmas conference in Manchester decent pay and bonus scheme

Cons

They go through BA's alarmingly quickly and people often get stuck in the job with 3+ years with no progression as no JB roles Lack of communication in the team, treated as less than and VERY hierarchical Use WFH days as leverage
