there aren't many pros of working with Superdrug, as the managers and teams above us don't really care how over works the sales advisors are, as long as you get the job done. if anything they expect you overwork, which is great if you want the overtime.

Cons

they don't really care about staff expect you to be really flexible not very understanding that everyone has they own private life the discount is pretty rubbish same as NHS and student have to meet daily star buy target or they get angry
