Pros

A great place to coast if that is what you are looking for.

Cons

Plenty of infighting between department heads leads to a dysfunctional environment with numerous cultural differences between the Japanese parent company and the U.S. division's practices and policies. As the company tries to diversify its product offerings, there have been several mishandled opportunities that have resulted in failure. The company will be embarking on a move to a new facility which doesn't bode well either. The marketing and HR departments are a joke.

Pros

Generally good, competent employees. Great, friendly people who want to work hard and succeed. Decent work-life balance.

Cons

No strategy for the company to move forward. Continuous power struggle between upper management leads to departments not working together and extremely poor morale. Zero accountability for mistakes-finger pointing is standard. Due to poor leadership and direction, roles and responsibilities are ambiguous which leads to conflict among employees. Employees feel like hamsters on a wheel - simple projects become almost impossibly complicated due to constant changes and lack of agreement on larger strategy.

Pros

The people there are nice, it’s just a shame they are all miserable, overworked, disrespected and leaving…..

Cons

Too much work, have to redo everything 4-5 times, consultants working against everyone, expectation to work on your time off, no clear direction, lots of mixed feedback, management gives contradicting advice everyday, hostile personalities, just overall a horrible place to be.
