You get a paycheck and a minimum number of paid days off.

Cons

The culture there is cold. No accountability, constant turnover, no long term strategy or direction, no focus on employees, no training, no advancement opportunities. Layoffs mean fewer people doing multiple jobs. Keeping your head down and just doing what you're told to do is the only way to survive there.

Cons

Management is horrible . Most are working for many years there and there is no room for growth. Everything is kept secret and not shared openly with employees. Micromanagement. Pay is horrible for the amount of work they expect you to do.
