Pros
Been with the company pretty from the beginning. The interview process is not that relevant since it was a startup in the early days and much has changed. Remote work was a huge advantage from the start. I love working with my favorite content creators and influencers and bring them as much value as possible. The company changing and growing all the time can't wait to see where are we going to be in a year from now.
Cons
It is a startup, sometimes you have very busy days where you work around the clock from one call to another. Aggressive goals.

- Flexible work model; you can decide when to come to the office and when to stay at home. - Interesting Product - Fast Interviewing process

- There is constant chaos in the teams and no clear definition of the roles in the teams - A lack of clear vision of the top management in the business and product directions - Often not right people are hired or promoted to specific roles because of Nepotism - There is a tiny percentage of women in the company; it feels very make dominated

Management is great and the work atmosphere couldn't be better. As the company is growing, they want you to grow with the company, and give you all the resources to do so.

The company is a new startup that has been skyrocketing in its growth, with a very inclusive, welcoming and warm work culture and offers a huge potential for career growth. The hiring process lasted a period of 2 months, 5 interviews and 1 case study. During the whole process, the HR, and Management were very responsive, replying to the emails in a timely manner and providing excellent feedback during all the steps of the interview process.
Cons
None that I experienced with this company.
