      Great employees, fun work and challenging tasks

      Cons

      Management pivoted business focus and it’s back fired time after time resulting in employees losing their jobs over multiple rounds of redundancies. Zero opportunities for progression or reward.

      Pros

      The product and customers are nice. There are still some good people left.

      Cons

      Any criticism will be responded with a firing threat. Too many lies by management. The word gaslight is being used way too much. Getting yelled by managers happens frequently. People are constantly talking about when resigning.

      Pros

      -Diversity across the organization. I value working with different people around the world, most of all passionate people in the creator space. -SE makes my life easier because I don't spend hours a day stuck in a car commuting. I instead spend those hours contributing to the success of the company. -Since working at SE I've learned a great deal about performance marketing -Enjoy working in a creator first environment -You can tell the CEO and exec team care about the people who work here by how involved they are in the day to day. -We have a great engineering management team that strive to balance the work coming in from product to ensure work/life balance.

      Cons

      Remote work isn't for everyone. This is a start up, you need to have that mentality coming in. Both are things I appreciate because it creates drive and a common goal to succeed in a company.
