Lots of freedom and self-managing of my time. Great people, cool product, and a young and fun ecosystem.

Cons

Not the most luxurious work environment, but I appreciate that in this challenging time, management is being responsible with expenses.

Overall, my experience at StreamElements has been extremely positive. I’m continually challenged and engaged. The work is both exciting and meaningful, and our mission truly resonates with me. 1. The company’s dedication to its mission and respect for its culture create a motivating work environment. 2. Communication is frequent and clear, especially about company strategy and progress, keeping everyone well-informed and aligned. 3. The leadership team is composed of genuinely passionate and good people. The atmosphere is casual and friendly while maintaining professionalism and commitment to ambitious goals. 4.
