      - A global staff who are passionate about helping content creators. - A business model that took time to perfect but now shows momentum. - A remote work environment celebrated by mgmt - Leadership changes in 2024

      Cons

      The business model had a learning curve that impacted the staff in 2022-2023, but those issues appear to have been ironed out this year with more consistent growth.
