      Pros

      The people at StreamElements are very talented and nice. Who I worked on the day-to-day were friendly and very competent. The pay was good also and I had a lot of flexibility on the time I came in.

      Cons

      There was a lack of a smoother onboarding process when I first started and it wasn't very clear how other parts/teams of the company functioned.

      Pros

      After working at StreamElements for almost 6 months I wanted to share some of my positive experiences: The onboarding was smooth and the team's workflow was easy to follow and adapt. Worked closely with the production team and art directors. They were always patient and willing to explain and help with new tools and procedures. Meetings occurred frequently for feedback and project sharing. The whole creative department would get together and share what they were working on, which was a great opportunity for learning and growth.

      Cons

      No negative experiences. The recent shift in the company focus was a bit unexpected and I caught me off-guard, but I understand the management side and decisions.
