Pros

I didn't see a lot of places like StreamElements. During my entire time here and even after moving to a new position. You can see that it's a company that genuinely values its employees. Here are just a few reasons why I think this company is so great: Strong sense of community: From the moment you step into the office, through remote work and all in between, you'll feel a sense of true fellowship among your colleagues. People foster a supportive and collaborative culture. One of the things I love most about working at StreamElements is the flexibility it offers. Adding on top of it, leadership is focused, sharing great insights and clear vision which drives the company forward. I truly recommend working here. It was and is a great experience and worthwhile.

Cons

I have no cons about working here.

Pros

Work from home Nice people

Cons

Where to start? Bad managers laid off 50% of the company and rehired in cheaper countries. Awful management

Pros

At this stage there are not many left. Most of the best contributors from across the business were let go as the leadership has opted for chasing a business that doesn't exist. Pay was OK but no longer keeps up with inflation. Perks have been scaled back and now even nominal expenses and subscriptions are questioned regularly. This company is going broke. Culture was once great. Now nonexistent. They're selling snake oil to employees at this stage. The writing is on the wall, this place is going nowhere fast and absolutely nothing is real here.

Cons

opting for an in-house solution to CRM and other tools which currently exist amongst billion dollar companies (salesforces, Monday, Asana,) this place has speedrun how to waste 8 figures worth of money designing something that doesn't work to support a business which doesn't exist. They are automating everything and using the remaining creator staff as chimney sweeps. Wouldn't be surprised to see several dozen more layoffs by summer with the ridiculous excuse of "market conditions". The CEO will sit in his little room and apologize as the remainder of the NA workforce is flushed down the toilet.
