Used to be a good company but got overrun by bad management and politics

- Nice product for content creators - Smart co-workers - Remote first

Cons

- Early investors got hired as c-level managers but they have no managing or people skills. Just immunity from criticism - Male dominated management. Almost no women at all in senior positions - Confused roadmap that keeps changing - A lot of politics and backstabbing - Two huge rounds of layoffs in 6 months period

-Flexible work environment (can work remotely or from the office whenever I want) -The company is in a good niche and doesn't have much competition -Content creators love this company since it gives them streaming tools for free -Great company for seniors, as well as gaming enthusiasts

-Execution -The company shifted its focus from monetization of streaming tools to performance marketing and it is challenging -Will be hard for juniors to onboard and succeed
