      A good place for learning, if this is your first job you will learn a lot from the beginning, good structure and they are always trying to improve their system for the internal use

      Cons

      Not a place for a career plan... you must be prepared for a lot of pressure to deliver results, the company doesn’t have the feedback structure they promised

      The company is confused about been a StartUp or a real company, total absence of leardership, very poor HR area, low salaries, IT and Security aren't treated with the due respect and importance. There's no career opportunities, only if you are friend of the leaders or owners.
